Services
Our Services
We believe in what we do and that’s why we're committed to helping more people like you, every day. To make sure the process is as seamless as it can be, there are lots of ways we can work together. At I Kare NC, we provide healing-centered, skill-building services that help youth and families impacted by the justice system strengthen relationships, reduce conflict, and build pathways toward stability and success. Our programs are designed to meet young people where they are—at home, in school, in the community, and in juvenile facilities.
Mentorship & Credible Messenger Support
We connect youth with trusted, consistent mentors, often people with lived experience, who provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Mentorship focuses on goal-setting, healthy decision-making, identity development, and building a supportive network.
Conflict Resolution & Restorative Skill-Building
Our conflict resolution services teach youth practical tools to de-escalate tension, communicate needs, handle peer pressure, and resolve disputes safely. We use interactive lessons, real-life scenarios, and restorative practices to help youth build lifelong skills.
Music-Based Therapy & Emotional Wellness Support
Music can be a powerful way for youth to process emotions, build confidence, and cope with trauma. Our music-based sessions support self-expression, stress regulation, and connection, particularly for youth who struggle to articulate their experiences.
Neurodiversity & Autism-Informed Training
We provide training for staff, caregivers, and community partners to better support neurodivergent youth, including youth with autism, using practical strategies that reduce misunderstandings, improve safety, and create more supportive environments.
